Ladies and Gentlemen, due to the safety and comfort of our guests' rest - starting a stay in Grand Tatry is considered as acceptance of the regulations of our accommodation facility. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the content of the regulations of the Grand Tatry and we wish you a pleasant stay.

General provisions

  1. The owner of www.grandtatry.pl is GRAND TATRY MONIKA MADEJA Środkowa 195a, 34-500 Białka Tatrzańska, NIP: 7361618995, REGON: 120781214
  2. The Guest of the facility who rents a room is obliged to show the Reception employee a document with a photo confirming the Guest's identity upon check-in. In case of refusal to present the document, the Receptionist may refuse to issue the key to the room.
  3. In the registration card, the Guest personally enters his/her name and surname and signs it.
  4. At the Guest's request, the Receptionist is obliged to enter the remaining registration data independently from the ID card, which the Guest can leave at the Reception for this purpose.
  5. Starting a stay in the facility is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations by the Guest.
  6. A room in the facility is rented for days.
  7. The hotel day lasts from 16.00 on the rental day to 11.00 the next day.
  8. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
  9. The Guest's wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported at the Reception Desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day when the room rental period expires, which, however, is not binding for the facility. Grand Tatry will take into account the wish to extend your stay as far as possible.
  10. Staying in the room or leaving things outside 11.00 am is treated as an extension of stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 11.00 - a fee will be charged for the next day of renting the room according to the price list.
  11. The Guest renting a room may not transfer the room to other people, even if the day for which he paid has not expired.
  12. Unregistered persons may stay in the facility's room from 8.00 to 22.00.
  13. The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest's Grand Tatry room after 10:00 pm is tantamount to the Guest's consent to accommodate these persons in the room for a fee. Each person will be accommodated according to the current price of an extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the reception of the facility.
  14. Children under 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay in the facility. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and/or damage.
  15. On the premises of the facility, including - in the rooms of the facility and on the balconies, in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 amending the Act on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529) - there is a total ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products - with the exception of the designated area.
  16. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the Grand Tatry room is tantamount to the consent of the guest who rents the room to cover the cost of dearomatization of the room in the amount of 1000 PLN.
  17. Quiet hours are observed in the facility from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next day.
  18. During curfew hours, guests and persons using the facility's services are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people in any way.
  19. The Guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and devices of the facility caused by him or his visitors.
  20. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not part of the equipment of these rooms in Grand Tatry rooms and other rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
  21. Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should check the closing of the door and make sure that it is locked.
  22. The facility's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the Guest to the facility is governed by the provisions of art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The liability of the facility is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The Facility has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items for storage, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or are too valuable in relation to the size or standard of the facility or take up too much space.
  23. The facility provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the Reception Desk, which will allow for a reaction.
  24. Activities related to cleaning the room and changing towels during the presence of guests, if they so wish at the Grand Tatry reception desk, are performed not earlier than after 3 days of stay.
  25. The hosts and staff of Grand Tatry do not enter the guest room during their absence, unless it is necessary to repair the equipment, lighting or it is required by sanitary, epidemiological, fire regulations, etc.
  26. Personal belongings left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. If no such instruction is received, the facility will store these items for 3 months, and then hand them over to charity, for public use or for destruction. (The reception undertakes to pack the items, although the customer orders and pays for the courier himself).
  27. In the event of violation of the provisions of these regulations, Grand Tatry may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the staff of the facility, pay the amount due for the services provided so far and pay for any damage and destruction, and leave the premises of the facility.
  28. The property reserves the exclusive right to resell the booked stay to third parties. The guest may not resell the stay in the facility to third parties without prior agreement of such action with the facility. If such action is not agreed with the reception, the facility may refuse to stay these people or charge additional fees.
  29. Grand Tatry may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the facility or guests, or damage to guests, employees of Grand Tatry or other persons staying in the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the facility.
  30. Breakfast is served only from 8:00 to 10:00. Lunches are served only from 15:00 to 17:00
  31. Special meals for people requiring specific nutrition, e.g. diabetes, diabetics, require all details to be agreed with the reception when making a reservation at the facility. In the event of failure to provide the appropriate information to the reception of the facility, it reserves the right not to provide the requested meal.
  32. We reserve the right to change additional attractions in special offers.
  33. In case of incorrect synchronization of prices set on our sales channels, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 7 days from the date of booking.
  34. No check-in at Grand Tatry by 12:00 p.m. 9.00 on the first day of stay and the lack of information about the later arrival time results in cancellation of the reservation and loss of the right to claim reimbursement.
  35. Children up to 3 years of age stay for FREE if they do not use benefits and sleep with their parents.

Payments and deposit

  1. After making the reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit of 30% of the entire stay. ("Deposit - an additional contractual reservation. It is used to secure the interests of both parties to the contract. The party that fails to perform its obligation loses the deposit)"
  2. The deposit must be paid within 3 days of making the reservation.
  3. If the deposit is not received within the above-mentioned period, Grand Tatry reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  4. The total amount for the stay (after deduction of the deposit) is required by the Guest when checking in at the reception desk.

Staying in the Facility with animals

  2. Pets (cats and dogs) are accepted for an additional fee of 40 per night (up to 15 kg) and 70 PLN per day (over 15 kg). ATTENTION! It is necessary to notify the reception desk in advance.
  3. Pets should be kept in designated rooms. Dogs must be walked on a leash, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
  4. If the bedding of the room where the animal stays is significantly soiled (hair, mud) or damaged, the owner will be materially held liable.
  5. Dog owners are obliged to clean up the dirt left by dogs on the premises and in the vicinity of the facility. Cat owners must have a litter box with sand and empty it into a plastic bag.
  6. No pet should be left alone in the room if it disturbs other guests during this time.
  7. Owners are responsible for keeping their pets quiet in the facility and not disturbing other guests. In the event of repeated complaints from other guests or staff, the management reserves the right to request the removal of the animal from the facility.
  8. Pets are allowed only in designated areas, but in particular it is forbidden to bring animals to the restaurant, playroom and playground (except for guide dogs)
  9. All damage to the property of the facility or the property of other guests caused by animals will be valued by the management of the facility, and the costs will be char

Processing of personal data

    Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the booking process, explain the circumstances of a possible violation of the Regulations or applicable law, and consider possible complaints.     Administrator's obligations

    1. The Administrator ensures that the Guest's personal data is not disclosed to third parties and in this respect will take the necessary measures and ensure the use of its knowledge and experience in order to implement the said assurance.
    2. The Administrator retains the right to provide personal data to authorized entities (Subprocessors) and in cases provided for by generally applicable law. In particular, this applies to entities such as: online payment systems and reception software.
    3. The administrator is obliged to keep secret and confidential information obtained in order to carry out the booking process. The commitment made remains in force for an indefinite period.

    Obligations Hotres.pl

    1. Hotres.pl, as the Entity processing the Guest's personal data, ensures the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, as well as additional IT security measures, based on proven servers and systems used to process personal data in services provided electronically.
    2. Hotres.pl declares that the IT systems used to process personal data meet the requirements of applicable law, in particular they are protected to a high degree within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of data processing personal data and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and information systems used to process personal data.
    3. Subcontractors and employees of Hotres.pl will be duly authorized to process personal data in connection with the implementation of the booking process, to which the Administrator and the Guest agree.
    4. In order to ensure the highest security in the storage of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, Hotres.pl is obliged to:
       

      - encryption and anonymization of personal data transmission
      - to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services at all times
      - the ability to quickly restore the availability and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident
      - regularly testing, measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data processing.

    Final Provisions

    The Administrator is entitled to make changes to the provisions of the Regulations at any time and depending on his own decision. In particular, it may amend the provisions of these Regulations in the event of:

    1. the need to adapt the Regulations to the mandatory provisions or to changes in the law affecting the content of the Regulations;
    2. the need to adapt the Regulations to the recommendation, interpretation, ruling, order or decision of a public authority or court decision affecting the content of the Regulations;
    3. expansion or change of the functionality of Hotres.pl;

ONLINE reservations and cancellations

  1. Reservations can only be made by phone, e-mail or online booking system available on the website.
  2. The guarantee of the reservation is the payment of the agreed deposit.
  3. After making the reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit of 30% of the entire stay.
  4. The deposit is returned in the event of cancellation of the reservation 30 days before the planned arrival (concerns Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter) in the case of other dates, a period of 14 days applies.
  5. The fee for the entire period of the declared stay should be paid once on the day of arrival. In case of shortening the stay, the amount is not refundable.
  6. The price does not include insurance and tourist tax.
  7. Online reservations are handled by the Hotres reservation system.

    Cancellation conditions:

  12. In the event of cancellation of the booked stay, the Facility returns: a) 50% of the down payment in case of resignation less than 30 days before the planned arrival. b) The deposit is not refundable in the event of resignation less than 14 days before the start of the stay.
  13. The deposit will be returned to the Customer in the form of a transfer to the bank account indicated by him.
  14. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount of the down payment or from the amount of the paid stay, or charged to the credit card.
  15. In the event of shortening the stay in the Facility, the Guest, in addition to the price for the completed stay, will be additionally charged with a fee equal to 100% of the price of the non-completed stay. The amounts paid are non-refundable.
  16. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Complaints procedure

  1. The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception desk as soon as possible, which will allow the staff of the facility to react immediately.

  3. It is recommended that the Guest provide in the description of the complaint:
  4. (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the default or other defect, and
  5. (2) contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Facility. The requirements set out in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.
  6. The Facility will respond to the complaint received from the Guest and inform him about the method of considering the complaint, in particular in writing or via e-mail, if the Guest has provided an e-mail address for this purpose. The Facility will provide the Guest with a response to the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt, unless separate regulations provide otherwise.

Regulations for using the Finnish sauna

  1. Before entering the sauna, read the regulations of use.
  2. Using the sauna is tantamount to reading and accepting these regulations of use.
  3. If you want to use the sauna, please notify the hotel reception at least one hour in advance.
  4. The sauna is available from 18:00 to 21:30. Each stay in the sauna is a private session for the exclusive use of guests.
  5. Minors can stay in the sauna only in the company of an adult guardian and under his responsibility.
  6. The temperature in the Finnish sauna room is 60 - 110 ° C and air humidity is 10 - 20%.
  7. The optimal time in the cabin is 8-10 minutes.
  8. The temperature and humidity in the sauna are controlled by the users.
  9. The sauna can only be used by healthy people or people whose ailments are not contraindications to the use of treatments. People staying in the sauna declare their full ability to use these types of treatments and are responsible for their health.
  10. It is not recommended to use the sauna for people:
    1. patients with heart disease and circulatory and blood vessel diseases;
    2. patients with acute respiratory infections and asthmatic conditions;
    3. patients suffering from glaucoma, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism;
    4. suffering from tuberculosis or cancer;
    5. in post-infarction or post-stroke states;
    6. with intense skin diseases, including eczema;
    7. with symptoms of decompression;
    8. with acute inflammation of internal organs;
    9. with fever;
    10. women during menstruation and pregnancy;
    11. immediately after intense exercise.
  11. In case of user doubts as to the absence of contraindications, it is recommended to consult a specialist before using the sauna. Otherwise, the Grand Tatry administration is not responsible for the negative health effects caused by staying in the sauna area.
  12. Proper sauna - at least 2-3 cycles, consisting of:
    1. body heat (sauna);
    2. cooling down (shower);
    3. rest.
  13. Before entering the sauna room, you should:
    1. meet physiological needs;
    2. 2 hours before the sanation, do not eat a heavy meal;
    3. wash the whole body thoroughly, using washing agents (soap or bath liquid);
    4. take off your makeup;
    5. remove all metal objects, jewelry to avoid burns to the body;
    6. remove glasses and contact lenses;
    7. take off your shoes, including swimming pool shoes, enter the sauna barefoot.
  14. The sauna room belongs:
    1. lie or sit on a dry towel, place a towel under each part of your body that comes into contact with the wood;
    2. it is best to lie down or sit with your legs at the height of your torso;
    3. if you have been lying down, sit down and wait a while before leaving;
    4. stay calm and quiet for complete relaxation.
  15. After leaving the sauna you should:
    1. rinse the body with warm water;
    2. cool the body, starting from the feet and ending with the head;
    3. be properly hydrated;
    4. rest - at least as much time as you stayed in the cabin.
  16. In the sauna area it is forbidden:
    1. wearing clothes and shoes;
    2. perform cosmetic procedures;
    3. pouring water on the seats and using oils, essences, etc.;
    4. leaving objects in the cabin;
    5. use body brushes for hygienic reasons;
    6. noise and loud conversations;
    7. entering the cabin under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicants;
    8. bring in and consume alcoholic beverages, tobacco and other intoxicants;
    9. offensive or indecent behavior.
  17. Any information about breakdowns or faults should be reported to the Grand Tatry reception desk.
  18. An additional fee will be charged for any damage to the sauna caused by misuse by guests.
  19. If you feel unwell, immediately stop staying in the cabin.
  20. After a stay in the sauna, physical effort is not recommended.
