Regulations

  1. Commencing the stay in the facility is tantamount to accepting these regulations by the Guest.
  2. When making a reservation, the guest specifies the date and length of stay and is obliged to pay the agreed price, regardless of possible late arrival or early departure.
  3. Resignation from the accommodation service or attractions included in the package during their provision results in the loss of the claim for reimbursement.
  4. People who are not checked in may stay in the building's room from 8.00 to 22.00.
  5. Children must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay in the facility.
  6. The guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and devices of the facility caused by the fault of his or her visitors.
  7. A fee of PLN 100.00 will be charged for losing your room card.
  8. Grand Tatry is not responsible for valuables and money left in the rooms.
  9. There is a curfew in the facility from 22.00 to 6.00.
  10. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out until 11:00 a.m., in the event of an extension, you will be charged for another night.
  11. On the premises of the facility, including - in the facility's rooms and on balconies, in accordance with the Act of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529) - smoking and tobacco products are strictly forbidden - with the exception of the designated area.

Failure to smoke cigarettes and tobacco products in the Grand Tatry room is tantamount to the consent of the guest renting the room to cover the cost of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 1000.

  1. Monitored, unguarded parking.
  2. The activities related to cleaning the room and changing the towels in the presence of guests, if they express such a request at the Grand Tatry reception, are performed not earlier than after 3 days of stay.
  3. The hosts and staff of Grand Tatry do not enter the guest room while they are absent, unless it is necessary to repair equipment, lighting or sanitary and epidemiological regulations, fire regulations, etc.
  4. The guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount for the stay on arrival at check-in.
