Please note that to make a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining payment is due on-site at the property.

Information for guests interested in purchasing dinners:

In the case of a small number of dinners, the property reserves the right to serve them only between 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. In case of doubts, we encourage you to contact us the day before arrival at +48 18 26 545 45.

Additional amenities:

• bathrobe – 15 PLN
• travel cot – 30 PLN
• pet stay – 40–70 PLN (depending on weight)
• extra towel – 8 PLN (towels must not be taken outside the property, e.g. to the thermal baths)

💡 Important information regarding your stay:

• hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
• breakfasts are served from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM (optional)
• dinners available from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM (optional, reservation at breakfast)
• cleaning and towel change take place at the guest’s request, no more often than every 3 days (report at reception by 2:00 PM)
• payment of the deposit means acceptance of the facility regulations and GDPR policy
• pets (dogs, cats) are welcome upon prior notification; fee: 40 PLN/night (up to 15 kg), 70 PLN/night (over 15 kg)
• request for a VAT invoice must be submitted before paying the deposit (by e-mail or phone)
• use of jacuzzi and sauna is free of charge, but a refundable deposit of 100 PLN applies (forfeited if the reserved time is not used)
• children under 16 can use the jacuzzi and pool only under adult supervision
• in urgent situations and after 10:00 PM please contact the emergency number: 880 015 290
• in accordance with art. 394 §1 of the Civil Code the deposit secures the performance of the contract; in case of cancellation by the guest – it is non-refundable (according to the offer cancellation policy)
• it is possible to change the stay date once, no later than 14 days before arrival (with possible surcharge of the price difference)
• we do not make reservations for specific rooms (e.g. with selected view or floor)
